01 General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Khlagor platform and its users. Khlagor is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming service provider.

• Khlagor may apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Khlagor reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for the following reasons: breach of Terms, suspicious activity, attempted fraud, and user-initiated requests.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All payment-related activities on Khlagor are secure and transparent. The following rules apply:

Deposit:

• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits via mobile banking are credited instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

07 Prohibited Activities
